Selection of optimal mixing options

For each order, we select unique parameters for processing the request. The time for returning funds under the request is set randomly (from 2 to 6 hours), the number of return transactions (2 or more) is determined, transit wallets are selected, and the return amounts are distributed among the wallets.

When we return clean BTC to you, we try to find a transit wallet from which we can send you between 10 and 90% of the amount without any remainder (change). Thus, you receive the coins back in two or more transactions, with random amounts and at different times. But no more than 6 hours. 1. How much do you charge?

The cost of our services is 5% of the amount of cleaned BTC + 0.0007 BTC (network fees). Remember, F1RST ANONYMOUS BITCOIN MIXER operates in "Ultimate Anonymity" mode - you receive BTC from CEX (centralized exchanges) with a guaranteed good history.

2. Is it necessary to provide 2 addresses to receive the cleaned coins?

No. You can specify the same address in both fields. All funds will be credited to the wallet you specified. Using 2 addresses allows for even greater anonymity during the cleanup process, as it will be impossible to compare the amount of funds that left and arrived, and therefore even indirectly establish a connection between the wallets.

3. When do you start working?

To begin the cleanup, your incoming transaction must have 1 network confirmation. The cleanup process takes up to 6 hours. With the CHIPs MIXER, we immediately send you the seed phrases for the wallets containing the pre-prepared BTC.

4. I closed the browser, what will happen to my BTC? (or did I not save the Letter of Guarantee)

The BTC wallet issued to you is also your order number in the Letter of Guarantee. If you have sent us your bitcoins, then the cleaning will happen within the time specified in the letter of guarantee and the Bitcoins will arrive at the address you specified when ordering. If you have not managed to send bitcoin to our wallet, then the cleaning will not begin. In this case, just create another order on the website. You can track transaction confirmations by any third-party service, such as blockchain.info . Use the input address from your letter of guarantee. If you have any questions, please contact us.

5. How long is the incoming address valid?

The receiving address is valid for a reasonable period of time (approximately 7 days). If you sent BTC much later than that, please contact us, and we will continue processing the payment. Your address is unique - it was issued exclusively to you.
And remember - one address is for one transaction only!

6. What logs do you keep?

We don't keep logs. All service information required for cleaning is erased within 24 hours of completion of cleaning. In the future, the only proof of cleaning in our service is a letter of guarantee, which remains with you. For maximum privacy and anonymity, all transactions take place only on the main TOR site. JS, Logs, and cookies are disabled on the site.

7. What is the maximum and minimum transaction volume?

The minimum amount is 0.01 BTC. Processing smaller amounts does not make economic sense. Please contact us to see if we can accommodate your specific situation. The maximum amount per transaction is 50 BTC. If your amount exceeds 50 BTC, simply place a second order - you will be provided with a different address to send the BTC to. 8. My money didn't reach me, what should I do?

Don't panic! Check with blockchain.info (or https://mempool.space ... ), that you have sent coins to a wallet generated by the system. If you see your incoming transaction, make sure that it is confirmed and more than 2 or 6 hours have passed since the first confirmation (depending on the mode). It is very likely that you have sent a payment with a low commission and it has not been confirmed for a long time. If the transaction has been confirmed, but the coins have not been returned to you, write to our support and attach the replenishment address issued by our mixer, and preferably a letter of guarantee. We will definitely figure it out.

9. No Telegram, No JABBER (XMPP)!

We don't use Telegram or XMPP (and we don't recommend it to you).
Telegram keeps all logs and saves all data of your devices and accounts and correspondence.
And most importantly, it gives all the data to the police.
